Assistant Manager Job Description
Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing sales and profit, while assisting in the day-to-day running of our shop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing and developing the shop to meet agreed work plans and financial targets.
* Train, supervise, and manage shop staff, both paid and voluntary.
* Ensure the shop's appearance is attractive to customers and meets brand standards.
Requirements:
* Essential: Retail fashion experience, leadership/motivational experience, strong commercial experience, and eligibility to work in the State.
* Desirable: Brand awareness.
