Job Description:
The Client is a Main Contractor based in Connacht, Ireland, with an annual turnover of approximately €150 million.
Following the award of several new contracts in the Limerick region, the company is seeking to hire experienced Project Managers and Senior Engineers to manage various projects, including Care Homes, Student Accommodation, and Offices.
We are looking for two skilled professionals to fill this role, who have previous experience managing similar builds or possess relevant qualifications as a Degree Qualified Senior/Project Engineer.
* Verify plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
* Develop problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during project execution.
* Manage Setting-Out Engineers, provide training to junior engineers where necessary, and create, manage, monitor, and interpret design documents.
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
* Supervise and monitor ground works and civil engineering contractors, ensuring quality management and BCAR coordination.
* Enjoy being part of a team and taking pride in your work.
* Possess a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Have at least 5 years of experience as a Construction Engineer in Ireland.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of construction techniques, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
* Prove a track record of delivering complex residential projects.
* Excel in leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* €65k-€85k basic salary (dependent on experience).
