We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and take Toni to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient management. Your duties will include:
Operational Management:
1. Managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house (FOH) and kitchen staff.
3. Monitoring and maintaining quality control for food, beverages, and service standards.
Team Leadership:
1. Hiring, training, and mentoring staff to foster a positive and motivated team environment.
2. Creating staff schedules and managing shifts to optimize efficiency.
3. Conducting regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
4. Setting and enforcing standards for style of service to provide a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
Customer Experience:
1. Providing a welcoming and exceptional dining experience for all guests.
2. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
3. Implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial and Administrative Duties:
1. Managing budgets, controlling costs, and analyzing financial performance.
2. Tracking and reporting on daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
3. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
4. Conducting weekly meetings with the accountant and executive chef to review and analyze financial and operational performance from the previous week.
Marketing and Promotions:
1. Collaborating on marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract guests.
2. Supporting social media and online presence to engage with the local community.
3. Organizing events or special promotions to drive customer engagement.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. A passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality.
4. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
7. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
