PE Global Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Travel & Accommodation Coordinator to join our client, a leading Construction Company based in Dublin 22. This role is Permanent and candidates are required to be in the office full-time. The successful candidate will be joining a very friendly and outgoing team. Requirements
Responsibilities
* Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules.
* Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, coordinating with landlords/estate agents, and preparing itineraries.
* Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations.
* Log and maintain all travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars.
* Prepare monthly reports for the payroll team.
* Occasionally cover Reception for holiday cover
Requirements
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Previous experience working as a travel coordinator or similar role required
* Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments
* Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented
* Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen
* Extremely proficient in MS Office applications
* Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo preferred
* Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
* Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field desired
