Civil Engineer
The role involves ensuring the highest standards of health and safety in all activities, complying with legislation and regulations. Managing packages of works, including direct labour and subcontractors, to efficiently use plant, labour, and materials.
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee site setting-out and supervision.
* Plan and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources.
* Prepare project proposals and budget estimates.
* Develop strong relationships with Local Authorities, TII Representatives, and key stakeholders.
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Manage documentation, reports, and compliance records.
* Monitor subcontractor performance and maintain quality control.
* Represent the company at stakeholder meetings and client engagements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or related field.
* Experience in Civil Engineering, Road Maintenance, or Highways Projects.
* Knowledge of TII Standards, Traffic Management, and Infrastructure Regulations.
* Strong project management and budgeting skills.
* Excellent communication, planning, and reporting abilities.
* Proficiency in IT and a full driving license.
