Because Tines is about delivering exceptional customer experiences, while creating a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity.Partner with the Head of Finance to build and lead the Financial Planning & Strategy function, implementing robust processes and systems to support our growth.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and own the company's financial planning and analysis processesLead implementation and optimization of a modern FP&A platform (Pigment/Mosaic/Abacum)Drive monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planningPartner with department heads to develop KPI frameworks and business insightsCreate board and executive-level financial materials and presentationsRequirements5-8 years+ of FP&A experience, preferably in high-growth SaaSAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsStrong data analysis capabilitiesTrack record of cross-functional partnership and influenceIdeal CandidateSelf-starter with entrepreneurial mindsetExcellence in stakeholder managementStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingAbility to thrive in fast-paced environmentsClear communication and presentation skillsExperience implementing and managing FP&A systemsAt Tines, we’re all about trying new things and taking the leap.
