About the Role:
Our client is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our business by providing insightful financial analysis and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production of periodic management reporting for local and Group purposes
2. Budgeting, forecasting, and building and maintaining financial models
3. Proactive analysis of P&L trends to identify key areas of risk and opportunity
4. Deep-dive analysis of performance across the business, translating data into actionable insights
5. Identification and implementation of process improvements
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
7. Involvement in ad-hoc projects and providing support to the business
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other data analysis tools
5. Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting skills
6. A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach
