DescriptionThe HR Services, Systems and Processes Team is a newly established and expanding specialised team in daa that sits as part of a wider HR & Transformation Teams. The team is responsible for delivering BAU services, as well as a new HRIS employee management system to our business using the Oracle HCM Cloud platform, which is in Initiate phase, resulting in an Employee Data and Record Management solution that is purpose configured for daa. Ultimately this new HRIS system will be used by almost 3,000 employees across all daa business units including ARI (Retail), Dublin Airport, Cork Airport, Dublin Airport Central and daa International. The role: We are hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst who will work as part of a project team, to implement new system functionality within the Oracle HCM applications including gathering requirements, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment. You will work in partnership with various teams and will engage with these teams across multiple business streams including the HRIS project team, HR Transformation team, business end users, Payroll, HR, Timekeeping, Learning/Training Development, and IT. This fulltime role will suit someone with circa three years’ experience in similar type role.ResponsibilitiesProvide day to day systems support for Oracle HCM and other HR systems, including troubleshooting data and system issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes. Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Advise users on how to best use system functionality. Performs periodic audits of critical data elements, systems configuration, and system processes. Work collaboratively with all implementation project workstreams Lead/Support tasks on key project workstreams Work collaboratively with system users to optimize the user experience and answering system user questions; identifying, researching, and resolving or escalating issues; ensuring users are updated on status of issues in a timely manner. Provides day-to-day support to HRIS stakeholders within the HR, Recruitment, Reward, Learning, Talent Management, Time Keeping and Business teams as well as to end users (employees and managers). Develop innovative solutions, including business reports, train users, develop process mapping Supports security configuration and management to ensure appropriate control of access to data and system. Manage maintenance and accuracy and integrity of employee data, for reporting and distribution. Recommends and creates data auditing reports and procedures to ensure the accuracy of all HR data. Develops user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Support/Lead the assessing, testing, and managing of system upgrades and new releases. Raise system defects with software provider and ensure solutions are delivered and implemented Accountable for specific HR initiatives and projects as assigned.
