We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team in Ireland. In this role, you'll shape key HR processes, from recruitment to employee engagement, while supporting a diverse and talented workforce. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
* Lead the recruitment journey: From attracting top talent to onboarding new hires, you’ll shape every step of the process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and managers alike.
* Empower managers: Provide expert support during interviews, offer creation, and employment package design, ensuring a perfect match between candidates and the company’s vision.
* Craft memorable first impressions: Collaborate with teams to develop impactful induction schedules that set new hires up for success from day one.
Learning & Development
* Drive growth and development: Partner with the General Manager to facilitate annual performance reviews and manage merit increase processes.
* Champion continuous learning: Identify training needs, develop impactful programs, and track outcomes to ensure employees are equipped to thrive.
* Support future talent: Build strong partnerships with Apprentice colleges, overseeing the development of Year 1–4 apprentices and ensuring their success.
Employee Engagement
* Elevate engagement: Spearhead initiatives that enhance employee retention, promote collaboration, and foster a culture of innovation and trust.
* Amplify communication: Support company-wide internal communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
* Shape the employee experience: Design and execute creative programs that make the workplace inspiring, inclusive, and rewarding.
Employee Relations
* Be a trusted advisor: Provide expert guidance to managers on handling performance, conduct, and employee relations issues.
* Resolve challenges with care: Manage sensitive cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
* Foster positive relationships: Act as a go-to resource for both managers and employees, creating a workplace where everyone feels heard and supported.
HR Administration & Compliance
* Master the details: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with evolving labour laws and regulations.
* Own the numbers: Prepare insightful monthly and quarterly HR reports that drive strategic decisions across Europe.
* Support global operations: Oversee documentation for international travel and collaborate with EU HR teams on group-wide initiatives.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
* HR Expertise: You bring at least 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
* Legal Know-How: You have a solid understanding of local labour laws and the ability to adapt policies as needed.
* Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that build trust and rapport.
* Relationship Builder: Your approachable and empathetic nature allows you to connect with employees and managers at every level.
* Problem Solver: You tackle challenges head-on with creativity, resourcefulness, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Tech Savvy: You’re proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and data-driven tools to streamline processes and drive informed decisions.
* Adaptability: You excel in dynamic environments where priorities shift, and no two days are the same.
