We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales growth by cultivating strong relationships with clients and PR agencies.
This pivotal role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and developing bespoke solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.
You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through consultative selling, strategic account management, and customised sales strategies aligned with our company objectives.

Job Description
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and implement a robust sales strategy targeting clients and PR agencies, ensuring alignment with company goals.Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights to expand our offerings.Conduct market research to understand trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape for effective positioning of our services.Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.Position Reach PLC as the ideal partner for client advertising solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with PR agencies, corporate clients, and media professionals to ensure high client satisfaction and as a trusted advisor, offering consultative solutions and strategic advice to help clients achieve their business objectives.Organise regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to evaluate performance, explore opportunities, and enhance client engagement.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams including studio, solutions, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.Contribute to the overall sales strategy and engage in cross-functional projects aimed at driving revenue growth and enhancing client experience.
