As part of the Investor AML Operations team supporting Guernsey clients, this role requires completing a workload to support all aspects of AML for investors in line with AML Legislation, Regulation & Guidance/Best Practice and the Investor AML Department's processes and procedures.
The key responsibilities include taking responsibility for timely and accurate completion of daily workload, actively participating in AML operations review of investor documentation, working with colleagues to review and source outstanding due diligence documentation, and escalating complex problems and critical issues.
This role also involves ensuring that all queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AML regulation and best practice, and promoting enhancements to Northern Trust's AML processes and procedures.
Skill requirements include positive can-do attitude, strong organisational and communication skills, effective risk management, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
