A prestigious hospitality sector client is recruiting for a full-time Human Resource Manager role. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the Human Resources function, with a particular focus on the employee brand & culture strategy, learning & development, employee engagement, employee retention, and compliance.
You will be a strategic HR Manager, a critical thinker, and a problem solver, with a tactful, empathetic, and collaborative approach.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:
1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the HR industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.

2. Exceptional leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. A hands-on and can-do attitude, always leading by example.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
1. Providing direction for the human resource function, and oversight on the development and delivery of people strategy
2. Managing the HR Team in the provision of effective and professional HR support and advice.
3. To review and enact the day-to-day implementation of relevant HR policies and strategic initiatives to ensure the recruitment, retention, and promotion of highly skilled and motivated people.
4. To be able to work collaboratively with a diverse and committed group of department managers (HOD’S) and their teams.
5. To offer 'hands-on' support to our managers and our team, when and where required.
6. Encouraging an organisational culture that supports effective behaviours and ways of working that demonstrate clear commitment to company values, mission, and vision.
7. To lead, contribute, and support the senior management on the organisational employee brand, culture, learning strategy development, and employee retention strategy.
