We're looking to recruit an experienced contracts manager for a large painting and decorating company operating in the Dublin and Kildare Area.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
* Collaborates with the General Foreman to plan weekly and daily activities
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and both internal and external stakeholders
* Going out to find new business and develop lasting relationships
* Ensuring all onsite systems comply with internal policies and regulatory standards for health and safety, wellbeing, environmental protection, quality, and sustainability
* Reporting to the Director, you will collaborate closely with your teams, including the Senior Quantity Surveyor, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Monitoring that the works are being carried out in accordance with drawings, sketches and to the relevant specification
Requirements:
* Obtained a third level qualification in Engineering or Construction Management/Trade certification
* Over 5 years of experience as a Construction Contracts Manager, specializing in Fit-out projects
* 5 years of experience in overseeing critical construction stakeholder agreements, encompassing clients, team members, and reporting managers
* Strong communication and computer proficiency, with a proven track record of reporting on project delivery schedules
* Get up and go attitude. Willingness to go out and find new business essential
