Your New Role
As an Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from conception to completion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conducting feasibility studies and technical investigations of sites to determine the viability of projects
* Risk and Environmental Impact Assessment
* Ensuring that sites meet all legal, health, and safety recommendations
* Managing, directing, and monitoring the progress of projects as they happen
* Discussing project requirements with other professionals such as architects and clients
You will lead a team of engineers and designers, working on medium to large-scale projects across various sectors, including residential developments, healthcare, education, and civil projects.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will require:
* A Degree or Masters in Civil/Structural Engineering
* At least 10 years' experience in a design office, working on complex projects
* Proficiency in REVIT/BIM
* A successful track record of working closely in partnership with clients and contractors
* A full licence and transport is required for occasional site visits
