Exciting new opportunity for a Snr HR Business Partner to join a leading global organisation based in Cork. Excellent hybrid working conditions on offer.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, the HRBP will play a key role in delivering the people strategy for their assigned business units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic partner to key business units, delivering positive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
2. Lead the Talent management programme for the organisation, delivering strong succession plans and talent mapping at all levels within the organisation.
3. Partner with the TA function to ensure talent pipeline is strong and support in recruitment and hiring process.
4. Lead the performance management agenda for assigned business units, delivering coaching and support to senior managers where appropriate
5. Deliver on key business goals, aligning organisational structure to maximum effect in order to achieve optimum business outputs.
Key Requirements:
6. Third level degree qualified with a minimum of 10+years' experience working in HR.
7. A strategic, commercial thinker with excellent key stakeholder engagement skills.
