What Youll Do: Lead and Inspire: Motivate your team to hit and exceed sales targets, fostering a winning mindset.
Support your reps in the field from generating leads to closing deals and overcoming challenges.
Drive Results: Keep your team on track with clear goals, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
Use data to spot trends, tackle gaps, and fine-tune your strategies to maximize results.
Develop Your Team: Provide hands-on coaching to sharpen sales skills and build confidence.
Recognize individual strengths and create development plans to help everyone excel.
Own the Customer Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects professionalism, positivity, and brand values.
Handle escalations with care and efficiency, leaving customers happy and loyal.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with the Field Sales Manager and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
What Youll Bring: Experience: At least 3 years in field sales, with at least 1 year leading a team.
Telecoms or tech experience is a bonus but not essential we value leadership above all.
Leadership Skills: A proven track record of motivating and driving a sales team to success.
A hands-on approach, showing your team what good looks like in the field.
People Skills: Clear, confident communication that inspires trust and action.
A knack for building rapport with customers and empowering your team.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinking, cool under pressure, and solutions-focused when challenges arise.
Organisational Skills: Juggling priorities, meeting deadlines, and keeping the team on track comes naturally.
Tech Know-How: Comfortable using digital tools to manage sales activities and team communication.
