We are looking for an experienced Quality Specialist to join SSE Cleaning in our Galway office.

Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Management & Standards: Maintain and improve the QMS in line with ISO 9000 standards, ensure adherence to country-specific QESH standards, and work with managers to enhance local quality standards.
2. Auditing & Compliance: Coordinate and conduct internal and supplier audits, facilitate customer and regulatory audits, and manage CAPA processes.
3. IMS & Procedure Optimization: Develop and optimize quality procedures, ensure documentation and implementation of processes, and handle deviations, complaints, and CAPA tracking.
4. Training & Development: Approve quality agreements, support validation and qualification, drive employee competency in quality rules, and provide coaching and training to uphold quality standards.
5. Collaboration & Consultation: Interface with the corporate QESH Department, consult with customers and management, and support change management activities.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor-Level or several years of experience in the field of quality assurance.
2. Experience of at least 2 years in a quality assurance function in a business-to-business environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry or other industry with cleanrooms.
3. Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
4. Ability to communicate and integrate/influence people at all levels and develop good working relationships that promote teamwork.
5. General technical and process knowledge.
6. General knowledge of the Cleanroom processes (Gowning, Hygiene, Behaviour).
7. IT knowledge (MS Office package).
8. ISO 9001 (An Advantage: ISO 14001/45001).
Hours of Work:
This role is an on-site full-time position based in Galway. Monday to Thursday 8.30 - 17.00, Friday 8.30 - 16.00.
