About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Pilot Recruitment Officer with 1+ year's experience in recruitment or HR to join our dynamic team. Strong graduates with some recruitment experience will also be considered.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent HR or Business graduates to start their career in recruitment, working on exciting projects and traveling to various destinations throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise and conduct Pilot Assessments in multiple locations across Europe.
* Manage the end-to-end Pilot Recruitment process and application database.
* Coordinate pilot roadshows and networking events.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, including partner flight schools.
* Collect market intelligence and promote Ryanair as an employer of choice.
* Collaborate with Flight Operations and Training departments to meet agreed targets.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
* 1+ year's experience in recruitment or HR (desirable but not essential).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
* Flexibility to travel extensively.
