Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Technicians to join our Reverse Logistics operation based in Dublin, Ireland. Our mission is to manage and scale information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services for used electronics and electronic equipment (UEEE) through secure and environmentally sustainable practices supporting asset recovery, reuse, recycling, and other circular economy initiatives.
As a Technician, you will be responsible for conducting failure analysis, testing, repair, sanitization, and disassembly of data center IT server and networking equipment & components. You will also be involved in warehouse management, including shipping and receiving parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, carrying out audits, and disposing of parts as prescribed by the Inventory/Warehouse Management System.
In addition, you will unload, pick, and pack orders/parts for shipment across local, EU, and non-EU sites. You will maintain precise records of all commodities – inbound and outbound.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Experience in IT repair, computer hardware/components, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain.
* Good level of English language skills, able to read and take direction in English.
* May participate in group lifts of 40lbs or more.
* Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
* Coordinate body movements when using tools or equipment.
* Perform physical tasks all day without becoming overly tired.
* Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
* Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Understanding of shipping & receiving, inventory management warehousing practices.
* Reach Truck License.
