Job Title: Group Manager
We are seeking a talented Group Manager for a leading hospitality group in Cork, known for its vibrant bars and restaurants and exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar hospitality management role with a strong in-depth knowledge of Bar and Restaurant operations.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of all locations, providing strategic direction and leadership to foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and guest satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
* Prepare and manage budgets for each bar location.
* Analyse financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
* Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of Bar and Restaurant operations.
* Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and P&L management.
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
