* Solution Development: Lead the development of innovative solutions to enhance our product and experience.

* Strategic Partnership: Partner with product teams to brainstorm ideas and collaborate on delivering exceptional products.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience as a Lead QA Engineer or SDET with 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring teams.
* Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
* Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
* Proficiency in at least one programming language.
