About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Accounts Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced office environment, interacting with a diverse range of personnel on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate financial records using Sage software
* Process customer sales transactions and chase outstanding payments
* Liaise with suppliers regarding queries and returns
* Reconcile company bank accounts, credit cards, VAT returns, and payroll
* Arrange travel, accommodation, and parking as needed
* Manage orders and provide customer quotes and work orders for production
* Produce weekly planning schedules and reports
* Foster after-care sales relationships with customers
Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in an accounting role, maintaining financial records
* Excellent word processing and IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sage
* Working knowledge of accountancy tasks requiring minimal supervision
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:15 am - 5:30 pm
Friday: Early finish at 2:30 pm
