Job Description:
Would you like to work amongst the action at Aviva Stadium? You could be a part of the exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind delivering exceptional international sporting events.
Working in one of these customer-facing roles, you will be involved in the delivery and sales of our delicious range of food and drink to our stadium guests, balancing efficiency with product knowledge and ensuring customers are greeted with a smile.
You will be working effectively alongside chefs, managers, and other employees of Aviva Stadium to ensure a smooth delivery of service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
* Pouring and making beverage requests efficiently and accurately (single/double measure of spirits, draught beers and wine measurements to order)
* Preparing and serving food items alongside chefs
* Stock rotation and replenishment
* Communicating with colleagues and taking direction to ensure smooth delivery
* Develop an understanding of the product range available (drinks items, dietary needs, menu knowledge)
* Managing and taking card payments
Requirements:
* Confidence and compassion when interacting with customers and colleagues
* Excellent teamworking skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* A driven and dependable approach to work
* Upbeat, welcoming, cheerful personality
* Ability to remain calm during high-volume periods
* CV required for application
* No previous experience necessary – full training provided
