HR Manager
Vickerstock is delighted to partner with an award-winning, multi-site food manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of a HR Manager. This role will lead their existing HR function in Galway, providing specialist HR Support to over 200 employees across two sites.

Job Responsibilities
The HR Manager will report to The Group Operations Manager, providing specialist HR Support on all aspects of HR including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Learning and Development.
Key Duties
* Develop, revise, and execute the full end-to-end recruitment process.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to senior management on HR matters.
* Lead the execution of HR strategies and employee initiatives aligned with company vision and objectives.
* Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management meetings.
* Identify opportunities for HR process improvement.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in a large-scale environment.
* Skilled in leading employee relations cases, managing recruitment, and creating training initiatives.
* Experience in delivering HR strategies, coaching management, and assisting with HR Administration.
* Degree in Human Resources (preferable).
* Driving licence for occasional travel to other company sites.
