Celtic Careers is looking for a highly organised Operations Administrator to join our clients team based in Dublin 24.
This role involves managing the administration and scheduling of approximately 150+ Staff using the rostering and HR software.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling scheduling over the phone and via email while supporting the Operations Manager and wider management team with general admin tasks.
Responsibilities Oversee scheduling and administration for the team Communicate efficiently with staff via phone and email Utilise rostering and HR software to manage workforce logistics Preparing weekly/monthly reports Provide general administrative support to the Operations Management team handling ad hoc duties as required Requirements / Skills / Attributes: Strong administration skills with great attention to detail Previous experience in a similar role (an advantage) Proactive, organised, and customer focused PC literate with knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Good Decision-making, problem-resolution, and resourceful thinking skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and interact across all levels of the business If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, we would love to hear from you, if however, you do not hold a valid work permit unfortunately we will not be in a position to assist you with your job search.
