This primarily involves the credit business of the branch, incl. of establishing good relationship with core client LGT Capital Partners / LGT Fund Managers with whom the Dublin premises are shared.Your Responsibilities:Oversees the day-to-day operations for the branch, mainly credit business, IT / systems, accounting, etc.Expanding revenues from existing clients through account additions and other services.Increases branch profitability, minimizes loan, non-loan, and miscellaneous losses.Manages controllable expenses.Comply with all regulatory requirements by the FMA Liechtenstein.Comply with all reporting obligations to Central Bank of Ireland (i.e. AML)Ensures delivery of quality customer service, counsel’s employees on performance, and promotes a participation environment within the branch.Leads by example, trains, motivates and supervises staff in order that individual and branch goals are achieved.Adhere to all internal directives, guidelines and governance regulations.Your challenge:Accountable for Dublin Branch revenue, cost, project and headcount budgets.Understanding of the Fund industry and Fund credit requirements.Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and oriented towards providing excellent customer service.Abilities to manage a (small) team; lead and drive initiatives; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.Computer knowledge in MS Office Software (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) as well as basic understanding of accounting.Liaise with various group functions, in particular credit department, liquidity risk and controlling as well as Compliance.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field with three (3) years of banking related experience (ideally in credit/financing).Team supervisory experience is an advantage.Comprehensive know-how of credit offering (particular to Fund industry).Balanced risk – revenue mentality.Client centric thinking and knowledge of Bank operations.Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptional skills.Loves to manage and support people, recognize talent and passion for learning and sharing knowledge among the team.Stress resilient and self-initiated.Family values - highly reliable, trustworthy, long-term orientation and able to install trust and confidence with staff, peers and superiors.Excellent communication skills to deal with multiple stakeholders on different management levels.Multilingual an advantage (English and German).Contact InformationWe are looking forward to receiving your online application.For any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.LGT Bank AG, Dublin BranchHuman ResourcesSheila Hartmann
