A senior HR professional with extensive experience in driving continuous improvement across various HR projects is required to join our organization based in Cork. This newly created position will report directly to the HR Director.
The primary purpose of the role is to drive continuous improvement across all HR processes in Europe, ensuring that all operations run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement HR best practices across all areas of the organization.
* Ensure all HR Operations operate efficiently, making required interventions where necessary.
* Ensure HR databases are fully optimized, providing training where required to make employees self-sufficient with HR-related queries.
* Lead all HR-related projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the organization.
* Ensure all HR processes comply with relevant local legislation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A third-level degree in Business or HR, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent experience driving continuous improvement in HR projects across multiple geographies.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
