Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, promoting a professional and quality level of service to existing and new customers.
* Assess and satisfy customer needs and queries/problems, identifying and maximizing selling opportunities.
* Ensure staff give the required level of customer service, actively achieving Company KPIs.

Leadership and Management:
* Accountable for the day-to-day running of the store and management of staff.
* Ensure full adherence to company policy and procedures in all areas, including customer relations, housekeeping, merchandising and display, security of premises, cash and stock, and administration.
* Lead by example, using authority when necessary.

Organisation and Planning:
* Plan, prioritise and organise work to optimize the use of resources and meet deadlines.
* Schedule events/tasks and delegate effectively to staff.
* Plan and introduce contingencies as required.

Requirements:
* Good standard of education, including 5 GCSEs with English Language and Maths or equivalent (Grade C or above).
* Commitment to successfully completing WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and Spirits.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
