Dispatch Administrator-Agri Role
We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Administrator to support our manufacturing and sales teams. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with office and logistics administrators on-site, as well as external logistics providers.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient processes and fostering positive relationships with internal and external partners. This is a full-time, office-based role located west of Cork City.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate collections and deliveries of raw materials and finished products
* Arrange haulage for raw material unloading from ships
* Oversee the dispatch/weighbridge process and administration for shipping
* Maintain effective stock control
* Liaise effectively with customers
* Prepare weekly payroll, track annual leave, and sales reports
* Provide administrative support
Requirements:
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
* Basic transport logistic experience (minimum 2 years)
* Good IT knowledge
* Strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
* Dedication to providing excellent service to both internal and external customers
* Able to work effectively with different teams and departments
