About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Service Advisor to join our team in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling customer vehicle service bookings via phone, email, and walk-in appointments.
* Determining workshop availability for service, maintenance, and repair work.
* Meeting and greeting service customers promptly and professionally.
* Confirming customer details, service needs, and accurately recording this information in systems.
* Maintaining up-to-date progress of customer vehicles undergoing service and/or repair.
* Ensuring customer vehicles are ready at the agreed day/time and explaining all maintenance and report work completed.
* Liaising with other teams, including management, reception, sales, warranty, and parts departments.
* Assisting with gathering customer service feedback.
Requirements:
* Excellent front-line customer service skills and experience.
* Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Attention to detail for recording relevant information in documentation and systems.
* Able to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively, particularly during peak periods.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
* Flexibility in approach to work.
* Full, valid driving license for driving in Ireland.
* Current work permit for Ireland (for non-EEA candidates).
