About The Role
The HR Senior Digital Analyst is responsible for supporting the HR business function globally on best practice use, governance, and monitoring of Kerry's HRIS application (SuccessFactors). This role supports the following SuccessFactors modules: Talent, Learning, Recruitment, Compensation, as well as integrations from SuccessFactors to downstream systems including Payroll, Service Now, OpenText and Assignment Pro.
The HR Senior Digital Analyst ensures the integration landscape is fully managed, leveraging proven SuccessFactors experience and HR knowledge to support projects, guide the HR business function through requirements gathering, and contribute to business process improvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, and user enablement. Through collaboration and effective project delivery, this role ensures full value extraction from the SuccessFactors solution.
Kerry operates a Hybrid working policy, candidates will be required to work from our offices in Naas each week.
Responsibilities
* Drive efficiencies in configuration to support enhanced ways of working across global teams.
* Collaborate closely with team members to provide a full set of functional and technical services required to support Kerry's global Hire to Retire processes.
* Manage and develop the HRIS integration landscape.
* Proactively monitor and resolve system-related issues impacting end-user experience, data integrity, or overall system functionality.
* Cross-train across other SuccessFactors modules and relevant employee-facing products that integrate with the SAP SuccessFactors suite.
* Deliver new business solutions by executing projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration, test planning and execution, training documentation support, and post-go-live support.
* Handle day-to-day system changes/issues for relevant modules, including configuration and role-based permission and integration trouble shooting and queries.
* Conduct thorough testing of system changes in lower instances (Preview/Test) and Production environments.
Requirements
* Deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform, ideally with experience in previous deployments/implementations.
* Proven track record of managing complex integration landscapes.
* Experience working with SuccessFactors Integration Center
* Working knowledge of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery suite and the wider SuccessFactors suite, especially Talent, Learning, Recruitment, and Compensation modules.
* Knowledge of and proficiency with SAP CPI, would be beneficial.
