* Responsible for KPIs for store and teams in areas such as sale, stock, audit, and security

You will make customers feel phenomenal by taking ownership of customer issues and using your problem-solving skills to resolve them. You will also promote customer self-service through the My3 app and embody a better connect life by engaging with customers to tell a story about our product range.
Requirements
* Strong experience working in retail and managing store teams
* Proven success in achieving targets and goals
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience managing team in a customer-facing/service position
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
