Business Support Manager / FMCG – Dundrum
Our client is a sales and distribution FMCG company seeking a Business Support Manager to provide cross-function support services and collaboration. Salary: €45K – €50K. Benefits. Hybrid model.
The Role:
1. Provide comprehensive support to the sales account team in executing day-to-day operations.
2. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
3. Prepare and update reports, providing detailed insights to assist in forecasting and performance analysis.
4. Manage sales orders, track inventory levels, and ensure stock availability to avoid disruptions in the supply chain.
5. Liaise with the logistics and warehouse partners to ensure accurate coordination.
6. Support the Supply Chain Manager.
7. Assist Finance by providing reports on orders and aiding with the process of closing. Track accurate customer pricing lists and pricing in SAP.
8. Responsible for contracts, POs, and order tracing.
9. Support business improvement and implement best practices.
10. Ensure health and safety compliance.
The Candidate:
1. Strong commercial support experience in a cross-functional role.
2. Excellent administration skills and highly organized.
3. Very strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and SAP.
4. Great initiative and drive to learn and grow.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. FMCG industry experience is ideal.
