Overview
The main purpose of this role is ensuring accurate and complete reporting of Revenue across key PepsiCo Global entities. Manage sales pricing and billing for key customers across the globe for multiple locations. This individual will have an opportunity to lead team projects related to process improvements and report development.

Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate reporting of Revenue across PepsiCo Global entities by understanding the revenue system, building stakeholder relationships, and improving IT processes.
* Liaise with BU Finance on pricing issues, ensuring appropriate approval and action on credits or debits.
* Update sales prices for key customers globally across multiple locations.
* Manage the billing process for shipped goods, ensuring invoice accuracy and system functionality.
* Oversee Month End Close for Revenue & Volume for key markets.
* Support BU with Revenue & Volume reports and address issues promptly.
* Generate ad hoc reports as requested.
* Provide holiday cover for credit management, working with Supply Chain & Customer Services to maximize shipments and capacity, and liaising with BU Finance on credit issues.
* Cover customs invoice processing for Franchise Trading Models from key plants.
* Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with audit and statutory requirements.
* Participate in new finance system implementations.
* Maintain and review internal controls for compliance with policies and standards.
* Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across functions, challenging existing processes.
Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years' experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Strong IT skills and aptitude.
* Excellent team integration and communication skills across all levels.
* Results-oriented with a focus on objectives.
* Proven business judgment through experience and project analysis.
* Self-starter capable of working independently and flexibly.
* Positive attitude, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
* Quick learner, self-motivated, and good time management skills.
Note: The external role title is Control & Reporting Analyst; internally, the role is titled Cntrl & Rpt Assoc Accountant.
