Office & Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our small team as an Office & Customer Support Specialist. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers, engineering and operations team, sales, and accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Support:
o Manage customer communications and ensure proactive resolution of customer requests.
o Build and promote strong, long-lasting positive customer relationships.
o Manage and own the service delivery process from order through to installation.
* Office Support:
o Provide administrative support to the team and ensure the smooth daily operation of the office.
o Coordinate health and safety procedures with external consultants.
o Assist with general administration, including accepting post and deliveries, ordering supplies, and processing invoices.
Requirements:
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in customer support, administrative or sales/purchasing administration, or office management.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
* Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Comfortable working with technology.
Working Conditions:
4 days onsite in Limerick & 1 day WFH.
