This role will work in our Donegal office and provide support to our US and European sales team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Operations and Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in Donegal, Ireland. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inside sales processes and supporting the team to achieve their targets. The ideal candidate is well-versed in CRM platforms like HubSpot (or similar systems) and has a strong aptitude for streamlining operations, analyzing data, and providing administrative support to drive sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM Management:
1. Administer and maintain HubSpot or other CRM systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
2. Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.
3. Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance.
2. Sales Support:
1. Assist the inside sales team with lead assignment, pipeline management, and follow-ups.
2. Monitor and manage inbound leads, ensuring they are properly tracked and assigned in the CRM.
3. Respond to inquiries from the sales team, resolving issues related to systems, data, or processes.
3. Email Marketing:
1. Develop and track email campaigns to ultimately increase our business' email marketing success.
2. Grow our email list organically.
3. Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends. Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
4. Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
1. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
2. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports for leadership.
3. Provide actionable insights to improve lead conversion rates and customer retention.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
1. Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align goals and strategies.
2. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to address operational needs.
3. Support new initiatives, campaigns, or tools rollout to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales support or operations role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in HubSpot CRM is highly desirable; experience with other CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
