Preferred Skills and Experiences:
1. Three (3) years of successful classroom experience.
2. Familiarity with age-appropriate literature, digital resources, and curriculum support for grades 6–12.
3. Proficiency in library management systems (LMS) and cataloging software.
4. Ability to integrate and support the use of technology in teaching and research, including digital databases, eBooks, and online tools.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and administration.
6. Ability to mentor students in research, critical thinking, and digital literacy.
7. Skill in developing, managing, and curating a diverse and inclusive collection of print and digital resources.
8. Experience organizing programs such as book clubs, author visits, or literacy initiatives.
