Responsibilities: Champion store standards drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards throughout the store.
Liaise regularly with regional operations Manager.
Maximum sales.
Take responsibility for the staffing levels.
Develop and train staff.
Maintain merchandising and presentation of store to the highest standard at all times.
Manage all Health & Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements within the store.
Skills and experience: 3+ years experience in a similar environment Proven ability in managing retail sales teams Excellent operational knowledge of retail environment Salary is open to negotiation based on experiences.
