Scheduler Life Sciences (Limerick)
An exciting opportunity is available for a Scheduler to join our Life Sciences team in Limerick.
In this role, you will support the management team by scheduling and coordinating the design, procurement, and construction activities. You will lead programme and scheduling management during both the preconstruction and construction phases, ensuring projects remain on track. Additionally, you will develop regular reports to provide updates on progress and performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain efficient workflow.
* Monitor project timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays.
* Prepare and present detailed progress reports to management.
* Support risk assessment and mitigation planning related to scheduling.
Requirements:
* Education: Relevant degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years working as a Scheduler, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
* Technical Skills: Certification in planning and programme software, preferably Primavera P6.
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling best practices, and risk management.
* Collaboration & Communication: Proven track record of successfully working with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders on live construction projects.
* Teamwork: Experience working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver complex projects efficiently.
