The Role
1. Achieve budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment.
2. Assist in the development of annual sales goals and prepare proposals with the Director of Sales to maximise profit while satisfying guest needs.
3. Utilise the Winning Edge sales techniques to ensure maximum occupancy on a daily basis.
4. Increase sales volume and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the hotel marketing plan.
