Business Support Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading advisory firm specializing in fire, security, and risk. The successful candidate will join the team as a Business Support Officer, reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality support to all levels of the business, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out basic office duties, including meeting and greeting clients, maintaining a tidy workspace, and procuring essential office supplies as needed.
* Arrange and finalize travel arrangements for staff members, updating calendars accordingly.
* Prepare comprehensive Fee Proposals.
* Establish and manage projects, monitoring fees and other associated tasks.
* Format and proofread documents to ensure adherence to company standards.
* Generate draft invoices on a monthly basis, adhering to deadlines.
* Provide support for PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires), bid submissions, and other ad-hoc requests.
