Think WeWork, but more elevated — beautifully designed spaces, curated client experiences, and a strong service ethos.
Who’s it for?
Ideal for someone with a hospitality (HoReCa) background — from high-end hotels, restaurants, or concierge/front-of-house — looking to transition into a luxury workspace environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing front-of-house and daily workspace operations
Supporting marketing efforts: social media, content, campaigns
Assisting with events, community-building & member support
Handling admin, scheduling, and client communications
What we’re looking for:
A polished communicator with premium service instincts
Highly organised, proactive, and reliable
Tech-savvy with tools like MS Office, Canva, Instagram/LinkedIn, etc.
Flexible with working hours — some weekend or shift coverage may be required
