The Redcastle country hotel Donegal requires a full time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen.
Working on starters, pastry, meats and assisting on main courses when needed, you will be an important part of the kitchen team in this luxury hotel.
Must have: at least 2 years chef experience and be experienced in professional cookery.
This is a full time permanent position with 39 hours per week.
Salary: Euro 34,000 per annum.
Job Location: Redcastle Hotel, Culineen, Moville, Inishowen Peninsula, Co. Donegal, Ireland.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Helping on different sections of the kitchen.
2. Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service.
3. Helping with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
4. Cooking food to order.
