We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team in EMEA Board Governance. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with internal asset management teams and business partners to ensure effective communications between Boards, Board Committees, and the business.
The successful candidate will have experience in corporate governance, preferably with qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Chairpersons and Directors, as well as senior team members. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Irish regulatory environment and familiarity with Blueprint Software.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working closely with the Board and its committees to ensure effective governance practices.
2. Managing the business of corporate entities and committees through setting agendas, reviewing and distributing Board packs, completing matters arising, and minutes.
3. Collaborating with the Compliance team to compile and submit information and document requests from regulatory bodies.
4. Ensuring company secretarial matters are properly managed, including shareholder meetings where necessary.
5. Preparing reports and submissions for the Boards and Committees, ensuring they meet the required standards.
6. Assisting in monitoring and updating Board and Committee diaries, as well as updating company records and preparing templates.
