The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales teams and developing sales strategies and plans for our Construction, Agri, and Material Handling business units.
As a seasoned sales professional, you will drive market leadership positions and establish new growth platforms by enhancing our sales processes, selecting the right people, tools, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales analytics, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and performance reporting.
* Enhance sales operations and customer service through process improvements.
* Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts and tenders.
* Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
