Account Executive (SMB) - German Speaker
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (SMB) with fluency in German to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, driving new business and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and generate new business opportunities within the SMB sector.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Present and sell our solutions to meet clients' needs.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
* Fluent in German (written and spoken), plus high level of English.
* Proven experience in sales or account management (SMB focus preferred).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
* 2+ years' experience, ideally with selling MarTech Saas solutions.
Work Arrangements:
This role offers hybrid working arrangements, with 3 days spent in office and 2 days worked from home.
