Job Title: Sales Account Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the primary liaison between the Account Manager, Director, and cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Administration:
o Manage stock control under direction
o Maintain website updates
o Provide cross-team support
o Process sales and purchase orders with approval from Account Manager/Director
o Book couriers and track orders
o Generate basic reports for the team
o Facilitate invoice generation via sales and purchase orders
o Monitor status/pipeline reports for the team
o Ensure ISO policy compliance
* Account Development:
o Collaborate with Account Manager and Director to achieve account-specific targets
o Escalate issues to the Account Director as needed
o Identify merchandise opportunities within accounts
o Maintain CRM system (new contacts, opportunities, sales conversions, quotes, pipeline)
o Suggest and organize external customer meetings
* Creative Support:
o Develop product awareness
o Brainstorm new ideas
o Present products
o Support new product development
o Enhance brand awareness
* Coordination and Reporting:
o Manage order workflow from initial sales order to product delivery
o Monitor supplier production and delivery schedules
o Track work in progress on all orders
o Produce order status reports
o Communicate with cross-functional teams (website, design, warehouse, logistics)
o Prepare and check invoices, packing lists
o Specify artwork/design sheets
* Research and Pricing:
o Research ideas and customers
o Source and produce quotes and costings for Account Manager/Director
o Manage logistics and track suppliers
o BUILD strong relationships with suppliers
* Customer Communication:
o Follow up on artwork, samples, and pre-production approvals
o Chase customer POs
o Provide timely order status updates (shipping, delivery, delays, shortages, etc.)
Requirements
* 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced office environment
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
* Positive attitude with a hands-on mentality
* Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
* German speaker is a plus but not essential
