Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Marketing Strategy & Engagement Manager to lead the growth, retention, and brand engagement strategy for our innovative health and wellness platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and implement the platform strategy, focusing on marketing campaigns, reward programs, and activity challenges to drive user engagement.
o Use customer insights and data analytics to shape and refine strategies.
o Foster a culture of idea generation, innovation, and customer-centric decision-making across the business.
* Stakeholder Management:
o Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
o Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective campaign delivery.
* Campaign Management:
o Lead marketing initiatives that prioritize growth, retention, and brand consistency.
o Oversee the creation and distribution of digital marketing content tailored to various audience segments.
* Project Leadership:
o Delvever cross-functional projects, managing timelines, reporting to senior stakeholders, and ensuring the highest standards.
o Maintain a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to change in a dynamic environment.
* Operational Excellence:
o Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk management programs.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
* Marketing or communications qualification (preferred).
* Experience in digital marketing content creation, campaign execution, and engagement strategies.
* Proven ability to deliver initiatives with multiple stakeholders, meeting strict deadlines.
* Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
* Strong storytelling and presentation abilities.
* Knowledge of building and managing engagement or communication platforms (advantageous).
