What is the Role?
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to identify and drive business requirements for our exciting “Keystone” programme. Keystone is a major transformation programme which involves the implementation of a new integrated billing and CRM system into the SSE Airtricity supply business. In this role you will:
- Identify, determine and document end-to-end business processes
- Present business and technical concepts to process owners and business users
- Take ownership of an assigned solution, documenting requirements with the detailed design of a business process in collaboration with Operational teams
- Ensure regulated policy is adhered to in solutions
- Identify and assess business risk
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would like you to have:
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing complex situations, identifying key issues, and analysing data to derive actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your findings, requirements, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Knowledge of business processes and utility experience
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, data analysis software, and project management platforms
- Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
