Job Type : Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri), Training is 100% onsite
Location : Dublin City Centre (Hybrid model 2 days from home per week, 3 days in the office, after probation)
Salary: On Target Earnings €45,000-50,000 + further uncapped commission earnings for exceeding targets

We are currently hiring a German Sales Agent focused on contract renewals to join a growing service solutions company based in Dublin City Centre. You will join a global company with a state-of-the-art modern offices based right in the city centre and work with a small specialised team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in maintaining and continuing our relationships with existing clients. We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a sales environment and excels at building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, articulate the value of our services, and negotiate contract terms to ensure a seamless renewal process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a potential candidate that has excellent relationship, interpersonal, negotiation skills with strong attention to detail and a high standard of client management experience.
Responsibilities include:
1. Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients’ needs by delving deep and renewing contracts within an existing client database.
2. Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers & coming up with innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.
3. A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
5. Communicating with external parties through negotiation and renew agreements.
6. Preparing proposals, negotiating contract renewals and executing presentation packages with 100% accuracy
7. Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction.
8. Administration and use of CRM systems.
Candidate Profile
9. Optimal for 1-2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, and/or account management
10. Fluent German & English
11. High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach
12. Excellent telephone manner is essential.
13. Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
14. Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
15. Strong Administration and MS Office skills
16. Must be eligible to work full time in Ireland.
